The lady who took care of breakfast was exceptional. Made sure every thing was kept replenished and if a person did not know how to work something, for example, the pancake machine, she would help out in a friendly way. She had a smile always and asking what do you need or looking for. She was great and kept the crowds moving thru in a professional way. Keep her!

Was a great room for the price. Free breakfast was ok but I wouldn't spend money on it. 2nd night there, tried making a cup of coffee and the machine spit and spewed hot coffee grounds all over the counter and towels. The next day while we were out housekeeping came in. The floors were never cleaned because stuff that was there, still was. Never cleaned nor replaced the coffee pot (even told staff about it) never made the bed and left a window open. Bugs ended up flying into our room.

We had our dogs with us for an unexpected two week stay, and the staff made us feel nothing but welcomed and kept everything so clean. We also enjoyed great breakfasts that you just don't see anymore. You can't beat fresh scrambled eggs, pancakes and biscuits with gravy! Yum!!!

Great to have choices more than just sweet rolls and carbs for breakfast. Food was good. Service wonderful. Price was very reasonable.

staff was very friendly, all issues were always immediately taken care of. Great place. Plenty of towels were in the room. Lots of room to hang things.

Room was great and clean. Kids loved pool and hot tub (pool was a bit cold). Breakfast was basic, you won't go hungry but there are not plenty of choice, you need to ask staff for milk and yogurt. Great location to visit Frankenmuth.

Most staff members were friendly and worked diligently. Last year at the same time our stay was much better, but the manager was there. We were told this year by a staff member the manager was on vacation. So we think a few of the staff decided to do the same thing, but there at the hotel...

Facility was very clean. Room was very quiet and peaceful. Bathroom was very clean, towels were nice quality and smelled great. Great selection of channels to watch on the television and the refrigerator was very spacious.

Comfortable beds with pillows for side sleepers. Nicely appointed room with coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Good breakfast.
